THE Keens Race Team is delighted to announce their 2024-25 season schedule that will see them run between 410 Sprintcar and Limited Sprintcar competition. With the focus for the Keens Race Team set to be on Michael Keen’s debut season in 410 Sprintcars with the Cowara Motorsport team, they have also planned a small schedule in the Limited Sprintcars between Michael and his older brother Daniel Keen.

“It’s going to be the biggest season of my career so far, and I’m very excited about my first season in 410 Sprintcars with a top class outfit like Cowara Motorsport,” enthused Michael Keen. “Naturally, my focus will be on completing the full season in 410 Sprintcars; however, if the time allows in our busy schedule, I’m going to try and do a few runs in the Limited Sprintcar.”

Apart from the massive 23-night schedule in the 410 Sprintcars with the Maddington Toyota  Series, Michael is hoping to do double duties on November 9 at the Perth Motorplex, where he will compete in the 410 Sprintcars and on the same night attempt to claim his fifth King of Wings victory in a row in the Limited Sprintcars. Other Limited Sprintcar dates he’d like to compete in are the Muster at the Perth Motorplex on January 2 and the Western Australian Title on March 1 at Albany Speedway.

While Michael’s brother, Daniel Keen, is focused on his team duties with Cowara Motorsport this season, he is hoping to get in as many Limited Sprintcar race meetings as
possible – maybe even a handful of 360 Sprintcar events. “I’d like to get some runs in the Limited Sprintcar this season, when there are breaks in our main schedule, but my main focus is on helping Michael in his first season in 410 Sprintcars with the Cowara Motorsport team,” Daniel Keen concluded.

The 2024-25 season begins for Michael Keen and the Cowara Motorsport team with the opening Maddington Toyota Sprintcar Series round at the Perth Motorplex on the Saturday night of October 19.
